I compose video game music influenced largely by retro games, including Chrono Trigger, The Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong Country, Pilotwings, and many others.
Atmosphere and texture are key in my compositions. I design my own synths for especially "crunchy" sounds.
I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in music composition in 2009.
[My professors didn't think much of my initial goal of "writing music for video games," but eventually they relented and allowed me to graduate.]
