Emanuel studied composition, music theory, orchestration , piano and conducting at the Mozarteum in Salzburg (Austria) with Klaus Fessmann ( who worked together with Stockhausen) and other important artists in Austria, where works as organist, pianist, and composer regularly since 2013. He is arguably the first Brazilian composer to gain this degree and also the first of his country to work regularly as a composer/improvisator for church music in Salzburg, preserving a tradition that comes back to great composers that made this city one of the international capitals of opera and church music like Mozart, Michael Haydn or Heinrich Biber
Emanuel has still two degrees in Philosophy (Logic & Aesthetics /Metaphysics & Phil. Anthropology) , a diploma in Choir Conducting by Janos Czifra (Kapellmeister at Salzburg Cathedral) and is also a free time poet and respected photographer (IG emanuel_froes) that started his musical life writing guitar songs for his own lyrics/poems. Currently, Emanuel has a radio program at the Radio Fabrik (Austria) to which he also composes music. He can also sing, play flute, and guitar.
His first release is the EP “My Last Blast” 2020 , by WETZEL International Music Label. His two first electroacoustic poems (Cosmogony I and II) won in 2020 a call for recordings by Petrichor Records, the first musical competition that he applied to.
