I am a composer drawing from many different musical arenas. I have played in a range of musical seats from percussion ensembles, drumline, full orchestra, choirs, jazz combos (guitar), solo jazz guitar, big band (piano, guitar, drums, bass), rock, funk, latin, pop, country, etc.

I love the juxtaposition of traditional musical instruments over every day objects. I find inspiration from harmony and synchronization of a mixed palette of mechanical tools, brooms, working gears, doors, or whatever soundscape inspires me, and carefully constructing a song with traditional instruments performing along side.

My experience scoring to picture started with a sister in college desperately in need of music that told what the viewer could not see. From my first experience with film today, I prefer to compose music that can potentially change the mood of the listener/viewer/player.
