Classical Composition, I can write full scale symphonic compositions to smaller piano arrangements with either plugin instruments or real instruments.

Metal, I can write full scale heavy metal tracks including guitars and keyboards and vocals.

Folk tracks, I have access to multiple kinds of whistles and bagpipes with a working knowledge of many kinds of folk music be it Celtic or Nordic or even traditional Japanese.

8-bit and electronica, I can also write entirely in 8-bit or write up electronica loops.

I can export in any file type from midi to mp3 to ogg and other types
I can even record Background sounds of any type in any application
