Campbell Youngblood-Petersen is a versatile drummer, percussionist, and composer.
He has studied with Mark Guiliana, Matt Wilson, Peter Retzlaff, Jeff Brandt, Dr. Robert Ledbetter, and Rich Brinkman, and has traveled to Bali, Indonesia and Vienna, Austria for further study.
Currently residing in New York City, Campbell spends most of his time writing, hearing, and playing music. He plays regularly in the New York area with vocalist Shannon Soderlund, who recently released her debut EP "Innocent Heart," (available on iTunes, Spotify and many more!) which Campbell recorded on and helped produce. He also performs and records with Brooklyn-based sludge metal band Rolling Heads, on top of pursuing a multitude of other projects.
Campbell holds a certificate in jazz from the Drummers Collective (Collective School of Music) in New York City, as well as a Bachelors in Percussion Performance from the University of Montana in Missoula, MT.
