Hey Gamemakers!!

I'm Daniel and I love making music!
My love for game music started with Zelda - A link to the past! (SNES Baby!) and the classic Sonic the Hedgehog (MegaDrive Baby!). (ok-maybe giving away my age there :S)

We live in an exciting technological age where Indie Game Developers have great power in taking on the industry standards by creating their own and bringing the people fresh and interesting concepts--not to make money(which does help) but for the love of it.
I believe music plays a critical role within a game and should support the game's intent and vision of the developer-They are the director of their interactive movie. As technology has improved and allowed game developers to build infinite concepts from their imagination, so have the tools for composers. No longer do we need to hire an orchestra at thousands of dollars to get the 'epic' sound in that Star Wars film we saw. Now we can inject new life into 8 bit games with vibrant orchestral flavours and bring stark contrast and new emotion to graphics which may have previously been lost. There are infinite possibilities and together we can build these new experiences!

We are all developers and I look forward to enjoying and shaping the future of our existence through immersive visual and musical worlds.
