Twenty Blocks Away is an alternative electronic project that I set up in the summer of 2011, under the original name of Red Pill Blue Pill. The project was suspended over the course of the 2011 winter, and early-to-mid 2012. I returned to the project after growing tired of making dance music, and wanted to branch out ideas, as well as the option to work with others, - I felt a new project, with a new name, was the way to go about it.

The project has no real format set in the sense of creative direction, purposely. The project also ventures into film/television scoring work. To date, everything released digitally via Bandcamp and Soundcloud, but I do plan to release physical copies of my work in the future.

The name came from a track title, from a cancelled EP project. It is the closing quote of Stephen King’s ‘The Running Man’.
